I met some guys from a hosting company last week at an Enterprise Nation event and gave them some feedback: I found the purchase of web hosting/domain/email ridiculously complicated. Comparing relatively tiny price differences amongst providers on different terms was immensely frustrating. I think the first provider to offer simple and comprehensive packages and pricing will attract customers through ease of access if nothing else. The ‘apple’ concept of intuitive service seems absent here.
