John Fernau has spent 17 years in public procurement. John used to be the Commercial Director of the Home Office and before that he was the Head of Procurement of the Olympic Delivery Authority.
John became frustrated by the advantages incumbent government suppliers have over new entrants. He founded Fernau Solutions to help redress this imbalance.
John is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and well recognised in the procurement and bidding fields. He has been invited to speak many times on bidding tips and best practice, including at the APMP’s Annual Conference and Enterprise Nation’s Government Exchange.
